that doesnt make any sense. if you use a test pipe it would be louder not quieter. because when you use a test pipe, you eliminate the cat, making the exhaust louder. i have the HKS Hi Power on my EP. its pretty loud. but not illegal loud. it has a deep tone to it and i still have my cat on. but ill be putting in my test pipe soon

apexi n1 is not as angled as the hks hi-power.
