Am I missing anything?
Ok guys I am getting ready on Sunday, to do a lot of head work on my R. I am replacing the fuel filter, new dizzy (because mine is making hellacious noises), and replacing my toda spec B's with the C's. I am also putting on new brake pads.
I have gotten honda bond, new cam seals, a right cylinder head seal (or something like that the dealership mechanic I know said to buy b/c it would be a good move to replace while I was doing it) and I am going to pick up some assembly grease. And new spark plugs.
I am making sure I have covered all my areas... and yes I have a tuning date with Jeff Evans Oct 24th and I know I will need to take it easy with those cams until its properly tuned for them.
Can anyone think of anything else I will need for this job? I have all the tools and am doing the valve adjustment and clearance check and all that. What about the timing wiht the new dizzy? I don't know anything about adjusting it. Will it be ok to drive easily until it gets tuned?
Brad (mythias)will be coming down on Sunday to help me through all this. Just wanted to make sure I have all areas covered to do a good job and not a half *** one.

-check with toda on the clearances you should run w/ the spec C's.
-don't forget anti-seize on the spark plugs
are you also upgrading your valvetrain?
good luck

Can the springs you have now handle the lift of the Toda Cs? I know they are very aggressive cams.

I have toda valve springs and relatively new TI retainers.... Does anyone know the clearance on those cams?
Also on the toda site it says that the valve lash for all cams is .2mm cold.

I am assuming the tuner will be taking care of all spark plug worries because he will be changing them out at least once...
