Will it pass smog.

Will my civic 97 HX pass smog with an 96-00 EX engine. Everything is stock. Woukd like to know this before i change engine. I not looking for more power, basically the current engine is dying.

yes it can pass smog just make sure you leave all the smog equipment from your stock motor

assuming you live in CALI, you will have to get a 97 or NEWER year engine.
