I need 3 or 4 of the 12pt 10mm bolts that hold the clutch to the flywheel. Stock one had 6, the blingy fw/clutch combo I got uses 9.....

Help a brotha out (and help the car off jackstands)

 

RJ, give me until Monday and I might be able to snag you some brand new OEM ones from my dealership.

 

i might have some in the garage left over from my GSR days, i'll check tomorrow.

 

That's what those are! I was looking at these little 12 point bolts in my toolbox with a WTF expression for a while. Guess they're not holding the clutch on my Si on anymore, I'm pretty sure I bought new ones though. I hope.

 

Gotta bunch of used ones here at work and they're free!

strange, the stock clutch on both my engines had all 9 bolts holding the pressure plate on. are you sure that is the original clutch?

i've seen quite a few stock B-series clutches that only have six bolts holding the pressure plate on.also,the flywheel only had six holes.i was just looking at the parts fiche trying to figure out which cars usd 6,and which used 9.
i thought that maybe VTEC Integras used 9,and non-VTEC used 6.
i thought maybe after a certain year they all used 9 instead of 6.
i thought maybe the ITRS used 9,and the other trim levels used 6.
all of that appears to be wrong.the parts fiche shows all 94-01 Integras only using 6,regardless of trim level.
i do know that every aftermarket clutch i've seen has provisions for 9,as well as every aftermarket flywheel.


........ANYWAY,RJ-i have some of the bolts you need.i can mail them out tomorrow if you still need them.located in Roanoke,VA,so you should get them pretty quickly.
