Default Slow leaking tire...need input

My wifes car has a tire that seems to be leaking air Very slow (about 6 days to go real low). My question is can I get some "fix a flat" or just pick up a used tire? I dont want to get a new tire because I was told to replace them all at once and they still have alot of tread left. What do you think is my best bet?

You should just be able to take the tire to a dealership, they'll permanently fix it and it shouldn't cost much, it will cost a lot less than buying a new tire anyway. Just a quick patch on the inside of the tire and you're good.

Yes, I agree. The leak is probably caused by a puncture (by a nail or screw, which is probably still in the tire). As long as the puncture isn't too big, and is across the tread (not in the sidewall), it can be fixed, with either a patch or a plug (or a combination plug-patch). You can have this done pretty much anywhere - a tire shop, a dealer, or an independent mechanic. Expect to pay $10-20, which is a lot less than a new tire costs.

Don't use "Fix a Flat". Those products leave residue on the inside of the tire that basically destroys it. They're okay in an emergency, instead of being stuck somewhere, but only if you're willing to replace the tire afterwards.
