Default 94 prelude Si tranny problems

I have a 94 honda prelude with a big problem I can not get the car to go into any gear when its ON, even if I try to slam it in the gear. When that car is OFF the gears go in real smoth but i can not figure the problem. I did hear a sound coming out of my tranny, it souded like a bunch of keys shaking. Also if it helps that cluch is realy soft. One good thing the engine those work like knew. Any help or comments are welcome. Thank you

Seems like you may have an engagement (clutch/slave etc.) issue versus a trans issue.

slow down turbo, check the clutch cylinders and bleed it before you take the tranny out....
