Default Could not wiring in your knock sensor cause other codes to come up?

I have a 94 civic si with a boosted gsr motor in it. I haven't hooked up the knock sensor yet, and once I boosted it I started throwing codes 3,7,23,41, and 43. Now I know code 3 is tps, is this because not having the knock sensor wired it throws it into safe mode? Also 7, I believe is map sensor, but that is because It's reading boost, 23 is knock sensor, and then 41 is fuel supply system. Could throwing 41 be because of a bad O2 sensor which is 43. Just need some help, I'm trying to clear these codes before I run at the track this weekend. Any help is appreciated.

What are you using for Management? Do you have a Missing link for the map?
