Default 95 Hatch clutch pedal issue

Over the past few months my clutch pedal has developed an intermittent resistance. It's sort of hard to describe but the pedal is normal if I'm in neutral/stopped. When rolling and changing gears it has an intermittent resistance of sorts. It comes and goes but seems to be gradually getting worse. The resistance has a funny, "vibrational" feel to it, almost like someone slid a piece of rubber in between two objects that are sliding against one another. It's hard to describe, exactly.

Anybody know what this is and what to do about it?

I am experiencing the same problem too with the vibration. I'd been told because of my lightweight flywheel. I'd also like to know what others think.

Could be a flywheel/clutch. Also a crank pulley. Have you tried to bleed the clutch line or anything?

What I don't understand is why it is intermittent, sometimes when I press the pedal it's normal, especially in the first few minutes after startup, and then periodically as I drive. But most of the time driving it has resistance.

that happens to me everyone once in a while. never figured out what causes it, but it's never caused any real problems either. I've got a 7lb flywheel, so that may be it.
