Rear trailing arm compatibilty?

Rear trailing arm compatibilty?
Did not find in search. Here's the situation. I have an EK with a USDM ITR suspension which includes the ITR front knuckles and rear trailing arms.
If I wanted to replace just the trailing arms, would I need ITR ones or would any trailing arms from a 92-00 Civic and 94-01 Integra fit? Are they interchangeable? Is it just a matter of switching over the hardware? Thanks in advance.
