How do you install an rear tow hook?
I bought an tow hook 
and I don't know how to install it 
? Does anyone have pictures of under the rear of the car for me to get the idea of how it's done ? Oh yea my car is 96 civic hactchy...

hmm i guess i was wrong, my bad 
the outter most bolt goes through the tow hook and the inner most hole goes on the outside of the tow hook
didnt it come with directions? they put those in there for a reason

Reasons tow hooks are good to have.
1) If you have front or rear lips you don't want to damage while towing.
2) Stock hooks are prone to snapping, and I will not risk my race-car.
3) If I'm in a sandtrap, the hooks save the crew from having to dig to gain access to my stock-hooks.
And if you dont race your car, at least they're good for opening beers when an opener is not in close proximity.
Don't hate just b/c you don't get it.
edit- And they dont make your car any easier to steal. Your car comes with tow-hooks from the factory.

I drive a 96 civic, it comes with a tow hook stock. Its under the car, and even body painted, but not too noticable. Does your car not come with one?
