competition clutch twin disc
All,
I do like the competition twin disc it's noisy but when I talked to the company they explained that the noise was normal since the center disc is free floating. It sounds like hitting two pieces of metal banging together.
Clutch works great though, extremely nice pedal feel has taken several 8,000 RPM launches on slicks without a hiccup.
It engages rather easily so you may stall a few times until you get the hang out it.
You must use the supplied crankbolts and you will need to install a clutch stop.
Clutch stop? You need to setup something on your car so that you can not push the pedal all the way in so that the pressure plate fingers will not hit the center disc. But the trick is to the stop setup right in the sweet spot which for me was right about the pedal distance that I need to be able to slip the car in gear without having to press it all the way to the floor.

Pretty much all twin disc clutch chatter when disengaged but its no big deal. I use them in both our cars and could not be happier. I just hate they dont have one for the k series yet.
