Default Ek hatch 5 lug toe in problem

i have a hatch and i just put five lug on there and on my driver side rear wheel my toe seems to be off i know this is a common problem for ek hatches.. i went to an alingment place and they said my trailing might be bent.. when the trailing arm was off the car it didn't seen bent. while lookin under the car the tire is almost touching the trailing arm.. and if i was to get a toe kit would it move the trailing closer to the tire or farther away and at the same time fixing the toe specs being off..
i need advice should i..
swap the hub to my old trailing arm.?
Get a toe kit??

thanks

It sucks that u cant really tell if the trailing arm is bent until its on the car. I dont think a toe kit would do anything. Swapping the hub and the rest of its components to another trailing arm would be the most cost effective solution. Maybe u should contact the guy u bought it from and bitch at him until he gives u something to compensate

You have to realize that many 5 lug swaps or off totalled cars, so its entirely possible the trailing arm is bent. My friend had this problem after we got done installing his.

its not too hard, but u may have to rent some special tools, like a slide hammer. Auto zone, or kragen have tools u can borrow for free. I have swapped out my trailing arms for integra's and i was lucky mine werent bent. I have never swapped out the hubs, but i have seen threads here on HT of ppl that have done it before. Do a search and see what u can find.
