Default Engine Stand Bolts

I have my engine '95 LS engine, and the engine stand...what bolts do I need to attatch it to the stand? Will the transmission bolts work? I don't have my transmission yet which is probably why I have this question.

Thanks
Ben

i had the same exactly problem, i bought an engine stand then a b18b to block to build my ls/vtec, thing was i couldn't get the damn block onto the stand. went to pep girls but none of the bolts were long enuff to fit. so jus went to home depot and pick up some LONG-*** bolts (make sure they're not too thick though), a few washers, and the nut for them. I only used three of the four arms because there's only 3 holes that go all the way through the block. hope that helped, is if doesn't ask again and i'll try to make it clearer, my ls block is sitting on a stand in the garage now so jus ask.

oh yea, to make things easy, if you bought those cheap lil stands like mines, it's actually easier to take the WHOLE arm assembly crap off, mount all three of the arm to the block and the square thingy and jus get another friend to lift the motor and slide it into the hole. uh, hope that made sense......

Thanks...I was at the junkyard the day after I posted and they just happened to be taking out the tranny of a '92 Integra so I was able to swipe all the bolts. Either way will work.

I had to cut down the arm's bolt tubes when I put my H22 on the stand, and I used the original tranny bolts. They were able to thread about 3/4 of an inch into the motor. And I agree with the bolting the 'arms assembly' to the motor first and then sliding the stand on.. it's super easy that way!
