Default Carbon fiber hood and hood pins?

Well I have this guy whos gonna give me a GREAT deal on a carbon fiber hood for my car. Only problem is it has holes for hood pins. I'm not too into hood pins. do you know if theres anyway to fill these holes and still look.....ok, I'm guessing there isn't but I thought I'd ask.

Also do you guys have any pics of CF hoods w/pins on cars? I've seen the hood aleady, looks good, but he has some crazy looking hood on his car now so I don't know what it looks like on.

Thanks.

The issue shouldn't be whether or not you are "into" hood pins. It is more of a safety issue where your 15 lb flyweight hood could potentially fly up into your windshield at 80 mph. Not good.

I have a Fiber Images hood, which allegedly doesn't need pins, and I'm getting pins. It's a $30 safety measure that can save your windshield or even your life.

Get pins man, they look good I think, and if you want to be different you can get the ones that have the cable attachment. They look nice IMO. Howver if that is not your deal, then by all means try something differnt. Also you should have these on man, those hoods are very light and can fly up easily

I got 'em... I might paint them flat black... what do you guys think?
BTW... I don't have the white emblems on anymore... just don't have new pics of my OEM H emblems.

On one of my CRX's I have a CF hood with pins. I put the pins in because the sides of the hood flapped with the wind without the pins. After putting the pins in, it held the corners down. I would recommend putting so pins on.

Just my .02
