Default 95 gsr motor in a 91 si hacth, will it work?

my buddy is getting a 91 si hatch for dirt cheap and i'm planning on picking a 95 gsr with a new motor in it (37k miles on motor). we were thinking about trying to put the gsr motor into the hatch making it a little sleeper. has anyone here tried it? do they make kits for the swap? would i have to get new drive shafts? what kind of fabricating is going to be required? we know a enough about the basics of cars to get it done eventually but any info or advise would be helpful.
