I'm posting this here just becasue I searched and they only seem to exist in the Model Specific Forums. Is this new and is ther anyway to turm them off? Just curious, they're kinda anyoying. If not I understand I just keep getting little windows popping up whenever I am scrolling through a post and it blocks what I am reading.

I noticed it too. Its something to do with HT's sponsor. I believe. Rather annoying. But, Since HT is a free place. Guess we'll have to deal with it.

They are a pain in the ***. When I read its like I'm talking, and everytime something is double underlined and bolded I read it like it would be said.

I find them to be annoying too and was wondering the same thing as the OP. Any kind of official explanation might be nice.

 

they need to remove it
its going to turn to a forum where every word you highlight will be some stupid sponor ad

 

go to thir site and disable them.... it worked for me

I agree. This hyper link crap is just stupid. We can see the banners at the top of the page and that's good enough.

Well since this thread is up here again mine keep coming back. I make the change and it works fine, but then I close Firefox and come back later and the links are back. This happenin to anyone else? I tired allowing cookies to be saved from that site that was posted (the one where you turn them off) but no luck. Maybe Ill have to leave a FF browser open all the time w/ H-T

Anyone got this too?
