what kind of coil overs or springs are good or which one s are better

i have tein coilovers and i love them they ride really nice and great quality!

 

if you plan on lowering your ride whether you use springs or coilovers make sure you change your stock shocks with some good aftermarket shocks.

in my opinion, if you're going with springs get the eibach sportline with aftermarket shocks too. it will make a great difference in the ride. if you choose to go coilovers, don't get the sleeve over kind. get the whole shock and coilover setup. the ride is like night and day. i like the tein coilovers or the omni. just my .02

 

I use ground control coil-overs and love em.... nice ride quality

Basically it all depends on your driving habit's ie: if u drive it in the winter your not going to want something really low, or you'll want something that is adjustable like coil overs

Springs = great ride quality with no adjustment
Coilovers = fair ride quality with adjustment
