confused with what camber kit is legal for fsp..help please
i'm getting mixed reviews as to wether an adjustable ball joint is legal for street prepared....
i thought most people were running adjustable upper control arms (like skunk2) in sts...so why wouldn't a ball joint kit be legal in fsp?

The official ruling is that they are illegal for SP. It's a f'ed up rule. A couple years ago a bunch of us wrote letters trying to allow SK2 style camber adjusters for double a-arm cars. We were unsuccessful.
The only legal way to chance camber on an A-arm style Honda is to use offset bushings. I don't know if anyone makes them commercially or if you will be stuck making your own.
Not 100 percent but I seem to recall reading in a recent fastrack where there's a pending proposal to make such STS allowances legal in SP. Look it up...
Yes it is fugged up. Kills continuity between classes. But that's what happens when you got two different rules comitees worrying about own trees and somebody forgets to look over the forest...
