front main and front balancer seal
29 and 30 are for the front main seal and the front balancer shaft seal. You will know which one is which when you have them in person and go to install them. When removing the old ones, use them as drivers to install the new seals.
Also pay attention to how 'flush' the old ones sit to give you a good reference of how far you need to press the new ones into place.

I just replaced mine the other day. I used a 6" section of PVC pipe as a driver. I think the diameter was 1.5" or so---it's a perfect fit for the front main seal. I dunno about the balancer shaft seal. I also replaced the rear main seal, using a 3.5" (I think) PVC end cap to drive it in. That one was a little trickier, because the ID of the PVC pipe was very close to the ID of the seal. I had to have it *just* right so that the driver didn't bottom out on the block.
