I bought these through the osha approved catalog for safety equipment for like $20. their called code 4's, I got the clear, yellow, and magenta lense. they work great, and are comfortable....and Ive had them for 4-5 years now!
you can also get them through smith and wesson.
heres a good link to get them and to see them on someone.http://www.safetyglassesusa.com/smitwescod4s.html

Mine looks more phallic.
In all serious though the glasses I originally posted, though they look absolutely retarded, are very protective and are actually comfortable to wear.

Whatever you get, you need to make sure that they are comfortable enough that you forget to take them off.
Also, make sure that they fit closely to your face, especially on ther bottom edge on your cheeks. It's very common to have things come up into the bottom of safety glasses. I notice the Code 4 ones pictured on the link above look like they have a half inch of space there....not good at all. Perhaps they are adjustable and their "model" didn't know how to get the proper fit.

unless you have an extremely small head the code 4's will rest on your cheeks. the only problem I have had with them are the sides dont stick close to your head. I dont use them while grinding or cutting only when I dont want dirt or something to poke me in the eye. for grinding I use my army issue Wiley X's.
you can buy them here. Mine were free

here's the pic from the link you posted above:

Look like about a half inch gap between his cheeks and the glasses... and I don't think he's got an abnormally small head.
