turn signals blink at different speeds..

anyone have an idea what would cause my blinkers to blink at different speeds?

the right side blinks normal, the left side blinks somewhere between every 5 and 10 seconds...

no. They are all new and they all blink.. just not at the same time. Different bulbs produced the same results.
