Size of American plates

Size of American plates
I'm european and wonder if anyone have the exact size of the american number plates you have on your cars.
I'd prefer in metric centimeter/millimetre but inces are ok.

Yup i need to know.
The plate bracket that offsets the registration plate on the civic 96-98 is what i want and need to know what size plates it is made for....
SOOOOOOOOoooOoOoo ... how big are your american plates?

Luckily I just got my Veteran Plates in the mail and they were here in front of me while I read this. So here you go, the Plate itself measures 12" Length x 6" Height. And from the center of one screw hole to the other is 7". Hope this helps.

prolly cuz to them, usdm is cool, just like jdm/edm is cool here.
even in japan, theyre putting on usdm fronts, so usdm is the new jdm, and in a year or two, we will be importing jdm usdm fronts.

lol, some guy over here in the uk, imported a jdm si with a ukdm/usdm front end
i guess its rare over there so they think its cool, like jdm fronts 2 us.
