Default Headgasket leak dilemma

Well, here's my problem. I got a 93 Integra LS... and the headgasket went out about half a year ago. Me and my buddy replaced the head gasket and there was a leak (little). I drove around for a bit but eventually thought it was a good idea in the long run to correct the problem. I got new head bolts, etc... and got another perfectly good head (laying around) and swapped it out. Now, it leaks oil like crazy on the timing belt side. I dont know what we did wrong... the only thing I can think of is the torq specs. I got a haynes and it says to torque it to 80 something pounds from what I remember. But anyone who has taken the head out knows that the head bolts are tight as hell, and probably more than 80 something pounds. Can someone confirm that these specs are correct? And to make sure, anyone have the torque order of the head bolts? Im kinda tired of taking the head off and stuff... not a easy and time efficient thing to do. Thanks for all the help. Appreciate it.

you prob did everything else correct (im assuming)...a lot of people do forget to re torque the head bolts after the gaskets settled. get it? pretty much...when you torque the bolts the first time...then driving it around for bout...2-3 days (expect leaks) then retorque those bolts to spec again. trust me...those bolts are gonna turn! good luck!

you know, i never did that, and my teg is fine after like 8k miles.

but it is VERY important to do it in steps. i do 5 steps or so usually. the more, the merrier! if you're not doing this i can garauntee you leaks!

and besides, what you may have is a warped deck or head. when you do this one last time, check the block and head for squareness. if they are square, remove ALL remnants of old gasket, clean thoroughly, put new gasket in, put head on, and torque in small increments, like 10lb*ft at a time in the correct order, which is a criss-cross from the middle of the head outwards torwards the ends.
if they're not square, take it to a machine shop and they'll square it off for you for <$50. usually more like $30ish.
