Default 96 Integra help

OK so I got this salvaged theft recovery rs. Has new paint, I get in it, has a clean interior, has a short shifter, clutch is sorta short and VERY stiff, cams (dont know what kind), sri, cat-back (sounds decents looks clean feels great), ground control coilovers w/ shocks (dont know what kind of shocks but arent stock).. yada yada .... its clean so I get it for a good price. I register it, passes smog, tag it, runs great. At this point im thinking ok this is a nice car. So a civic pulls next to me revs at me and the dude rolls down his window and says "heh, I'll give you a head start", some f*cking dork, Eh im in a cop infested area, theres traffic.... eh why not. So im in first rev to like 3 the light goes green I drop the clutch and what happens? It revs to like 5, doesnt go anywhere for a few secs then start moving im like WTF (......Eh im in a cop infested area, theres traffic.... obviously Im not thinking) so after I get going I start pulling on him then I shift to 2nd gear from like 6k rpm.... gas is floored.... clutch slips like a bitch im at 6k for like 4 good second not doing a damn thing..... bottom line I was wondering what some of you guys would reccomend as far as a clutch.... do I need a flywheel??? And based on what my car has as far as mods is there anything I should have that I don't? btw my car has 136k miles and the check engine light came on today but the "race" was about a week ago. Posotive feeback only please. thanks a lot

excuse my grammar im tired thanks

What code does the "check engine" light give you?

Regarding a clutch, virtually any aftermarket clutch should provide you with what you need. It's a preference issue, I personally have a local clutch and brake shop build all the clutches that I use, but I'm considering an ATS for my next project.
