What's up? I'm not really new to this site, but never had a reason to post until now. I recently purchased a 93 hb and lately i've noticed that the car is throwing a CEL and the rpms consistenly rev between 300 and 800 at idle. I've talked to some friends that own hondas and i've gotten 3 different responses
1) TPS sensor
2) ICV
3) low coolant (but then why the CEL??)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
