AEM replacement filter vs K&N

I have a AEM V2. The filter is bent up. If I were to replace the filter. Is K&N filter better then AEM filter?

AEM uses K&N filters.

Then why do they sell K&N filter and Aem filter?

where can i get an AEM replacement filter? i need one since i got my car painted, the ******* got paint all over my filter thru the hole from the bumper light
