Default Value of 1999 Civic DX hatch with B18C5? Problem areas?

I'm new to the car crowd and would like to get an idea of the average value of a 1999 DX hatchback with B18C5 complete swap, with ITR tranny, ITR header and ground control coilovers. Clean car, minor scratches, 84k on chasis, 64k on GSR cluster, approx. 60k on engine. Vehicle comes with records of swap.

Are there any well know issues with these engines or swaps I should check out?

Thanks for the help and info.

Hatch alone in my area runs for about 5000-6000 dollars. 98 spec ITR "complete swaps" run about 4500. Having an Integra cluster in an EK = - 500 bucks

So if I can get the car, which has the complete swap with GSR cluster for $3500 - 4000 it would be a good deal? Why does the cluster reduce the value? I understand that its a joke, but I don't know the punchline. Thanks.

The catch is, its at a dealership that doesn't know what they have. I've also haggled the price down a bit.

Right now the check engine light is on, I was told that the O2 sensors were just replaced but the light came back after 5 minutes of driving. Is there a major difference between the stock O2 sensors and the Type-R O2 sensors?

Buddy if you don't know anything about Hondas and swap motors and check light engine, then I say don't even bother to buy that car, for one check light engine most of the time means knock sensor if the swap is done right, must swaped car the check engine light will stay on even if it's no throwing codes, 2nd if you don't know what you are buying don't buy it because you think it is fast, and if you talk about problems in a swap there are endless, but can all be taken care of..

i had an eg with pretty close to the same set up but i had a 6-point roll cage but i would guess around 10,000 if the swap is clean and it runs nice.
