Default stock prelude with cam gears

does anyone have the adjustments on hand with the degree of advancment or retarding done to their h22 cam gears in order to see the most gains on a pretty much stock engine. i just want to know so i can try it out on this next up and coming dyno day.

all motors are different. How you gonna mess with your timing and not no where the adjustments need to be made?

from my experience cam gears do NOTHING for h series motors... well they move your powerband around but showed NO gains! i have seen a h22 dynoed.. and the cams were tinkerrd with ALOT and showed 0 hp gains... worthless in my oppinion
