LOL holy crap thats an old pic. Thats actually my bumper and lip, and its a VIS CF lip that I just painted flat black... the reason: I bought it from SEMA, it was their new retarded "silver CF" and I hated that look.

This is the car it was once on: sold it and it was then wrecked and repainted orange or something.
