Default hasport hydro kit efb2, cable adjustment problem

has anyone have problems with getting the cable to adjust to the right settings. I thought i had my clutch dialed in (grabbed kinda high) and after 1000 miles i killed my 6 puck. I had an extra act ss disc so i threw it in and now i shortened the adjuster rod and made the cable kinda loose, with a low pedal engagment (close to floor) and after hitting second it started to slip. My clutch cable only has maybe 3k miles on. Any advise for this matter? MAybe my new cable is stretched out?

also the adjuster nut came within an inch of the end of adjustment.

yeah i established that, im trying to figure out why, and i think it comes down the the cable adjustemnt and the rod position of the hasport kit, that pp and clutch had a 1000miles on them.
