Default civic.jdm b18b idle prob?

2000 civic 2dr coupe
98 Jdm b181b (9.4 comp) timming=16 (dist.) ngk iridium ix plugs and blue wires
95 us p75 ecu (no chip yet)
Ractive Si cold air
4-2-1 jdm headers with custom 2 1/4" down pipe and collector
magnaflow 2 1/4" cat and 2 1/4" custom cat back to a remus racing mufler
ACT heavy duty plate and street performance clutch plus dc short throw
Nippon racing 16" with Hankook Ventus 205-45-16
good enough for 15.1 1/4 mile time and no engine light!!

When my car is cold idle is 700rpm...when car warms up after 5 min of driving idle fluctuates 900-1000 and sits after a few tries at 900 and hesitatesd..aslo the engine will make a rattling sound???Car will aslo jerk when deceling in 1st below 1700 rpms? Compression is inconsistent and I loose a bit of coolant slowly without any leaks?
(cleaned iacv, calibrated tps and cleaned throttle body)
help ???

hows your valve lash?

by "compression being inconsistent" what do you mean? do you mean 5-10psi off or more?? post numbers of your compression readings.

I just got the comp. checked and all 4 where at 180 or so...so that's good...it's more a inconsistent throttle response I guess.....I have alot of slpiced wires running so it could be a resistence proble cause my tps is calibrated!!

Thanks
