yea mine has the same problem, i believe ( correct me if im wrong ) it may be the idle control valve that needs replacement, 150-200 bucks.

Before doing that, why dont you take it apart and clean out the little filter mesh element inside...then get a new one if it doesn't work

What car/engine? It could be the IACV or it could be the FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve). Any CELs?

Re: heat=fluctuting idle? (HondaFanatic708)
I have a 2000 civic 2dr coupe with a 98 jdm b18b (comp 9.4 vs us 9.2) connected to a obd1 us p75 ecu! Mods = cold air intake, 4-2-1 jdm headers with custom 2 1/4" collecter, magnaflow 2 1/4" cat and custom cat back to a Remus racing muffler....also ACT stage 1 clutch wth dc sport short throw!!!
This could sound stupid but what are cels....I'm learning as I go!!!
