thanks for all the pictures but where can i find these lips i expecially like the spoon and buddyclub along with a few others and ive seen that mugen front bumper on the cover of honda tuning and they said the guy got it from inline4.com

 

I happend to know where to get some of those lips PM me and when i get off work i can give you some links on where to get those lips. I got these links on where you can get the Aero magic, spoon, spoon replica (seibon), hiro, aztec, value, jun, i like the buddy club too but i don't know where to get that one

 

you can order any jdm item which hasn't been discontinued yet from bulletproof automotive

Yeah, there's a few there I'd never even heard of...hm, maybe since there have been so many 4g lip threads lately, and this one contains all the examples I've seen in the other ones plus more, it should be a link in the FAQ or something?

for the ppl that have some of these lips: what are they made of? are there any made of urethane or are they all fiberglass?

spoon = carbon fiber


about the rest i'm not sure; i think azect is fiberglass, but i've been told it's frp, so i'm not going to add that one. if anyone else here has the aero magic, buddyclub or any other lip i don't know the material of, you can always add it to this list. these are the materials of the true jdm lips though... replicas are mostly made of fiberglass, but the seibon replica of the spoon front lip is in carbon fiber as well.

 

i wanted the hiro lip too a while ago, but then i saw this pic (only one i've ever seen it look bad in really), and i think it's too big for the front bumper actually, so i'm going to try and find a buddy club lip as that follows the lines of the stock bumper perfectly.




and then check this pic of the buddy club lip... the line of the side of the lip perfectly follows the one off the wheelwell and the bumper. only thing i have to do before i get this is find out what material it's mad of... so if anyone here with the buddyclub lip has some info about that for me, i'd be very thankful.




p.s. if anyone wants anymore pics of some jdm rear lips or sideskirts, or complete jdm bodykits (i.e. full bumpers), i've got a lot of pics on my pc and i'd be glad to help

I love my hiro lip, just a little low but its still great and get lots of compliments on the car

I would also like to know what wing and side skirt options there are. Those lips are a damn good start though.

 

what kind of side skirts are on that silver lude with the budy club front lip? and if you can post some pics of the prelude's backside it would be cool. thx in advance

I noticed that you said the spoon lip is discontinued. they have the same thing at http://www.seibon.com.

 

I dont know about the bad fitment on that hiro lip...

cause the guy could have messed it up or could have just gotten like a freak bad production lip???

all the pics i've seen.. seem to have the lip blend in with the front bumper very nicely.

the buddy club lip is nice too!! damn
