Anyone know of a good way to cut out the inside door panel and make it LOOK GOOD to fit some aftermarket speaks??

This is with the speaker cover off so u can see whats goin on:

I want to make the speakers visible instead of hiding behind that stupid speaker cover on the door panel, but i don't know how to without making it look bad . I mean i can just go ahead and grab a saw and cut it out, buuuut im afraid that won't be too appealing for my passengers.

Can anyone help me out and offer me some advice on how to make it look nice or know of a place online where somebody has done it?? pics would be great too!

I have made fiberglass covers so that they stick out, look very appealing, and you won't have to worry about the magnet hitting your window inside of the door

I got some kickpanel speker pods, they help with acoustics and stuff...havent put them in yet, but it's another option...
