Default Cutting out door panel for new speaks???

Anyone know of a good way to cut out the inside door panel and make it LOOK GOOD to fit some after market speaks??
This is with the speaker cover off so u can see whats goin on:

I want to make the speakers visible instead of hiding behind that stupid speaker cover on the door panel, but i don't know how to without making it look bad . I mean i can just go ahead and grab a saw and cut it out, buuuut im afraid that won't be too appealing for my passengers.

Can anyone help me out and offer me some advice on how to make it look nice or know of a place online where somebody has done it?? pics would be great too!

Your IMG is not working, and unless you are good at fiberglassing, fabricating and upholstering there is no real good way to get it to look good, a lot of custom work, why do you want to do it in the first place, put your time and effort into building custom MDF speaker mounting brackets to replace the plastic stock ones, it will make a big diff, in sound, and instead of spending money on fiberglass and upholstery spend it on Dynamat that will also make a big diff. in SQ. Messing with your door panels just to replace the oem grill will not make the speakers sound any better and if you mess up, then like you said "that won't be too appealing, and I bet you can get all the MDF and Dynamat to do both doors for less the it would cost you to replace just one of the door panels 94

im not looking for sound quality since i already have that and if i was it wouldn't do anything if i took off the speaker covers. The reason i wanna take em off is so i can stick on the Polk/Momo cover for my speakers and so that u can see them by just glancing down and checking them out
