Anyone know of a good way to cut out the inside door panel and make it LOOK GOOD to fit some after market speaks??

This is with the speaker cover off so u can see whats goin on:

I want to make the speakers visible instead of hiding behind that stupid speaker cover on the door panel, but i don't know how to without making it look bad . I mean i can just go ahead and grab a saw and cut it out, buuuut im afraid that won't be too appealing for my passengers.

Can anyone help me out and offer me some advice on how to make it look nice or know of a place online where somebody has done it?? pics would be great too!

I was planning on fiberglassing a kick panel but the speakers are in a horrible place. I was worried they would get kicked.

 

I've got a kick panel for my project car, but for my accord I just put the better speakers behind the factory door....why bother cutting it up?
