Default A/C problem...with no luck

Sorry guys, I've searched with no luck...

My '94 is in perfect shape other than my a/c... My compressor has been making sounds for a while now but has worked. About a month ago my a/c fan went (i'm thinking) cause when the a/c was on the fan wasn't. So I replaced it and it worked fine. Now the other day I went to put the a/c on but the compressor did not kick in nor did the fan. Is there a relay or switch I should be looking at? I noticed my fan wasn't working after the other fan kicked on after the engine was off from a long trip. Any ideas? Thanks!

it could be one of the following

1. relay
2. Wiring
3. Control Unit
4. ECU

chk the condensor fuse in the underhood fuse box ..,if it is ok,, then chk to see if u get power at the red wire that goes to the compressor ,, try those and post results

Check the blower motor relay! I'm having the same problem.

You probably have a leak in the system somewhere. If the refrigerant pressure drops too low the A/C pressure switch will basically deactivate the A/C system to keep the compressor from running dry.
