For less money you can by a sheet of 1/4 Lexan 4ft x 8ft and cut a windshild & rear hach out of it I did that on my race CRX.

I read somewhere that with the CF hatch for the rex it pops open as soon as you pull the lever because of the weight difference, like an automatic trunk opener.....hmm.........

WHAT? I doubt it's that light. It probably goes up a lot easier though.

Here's a pic from some guy selling them on eBay. He wants $500 shipped.

Why not just cut a piece of Lexan and adhere it into place?

You can do that, a guy did it in the drag racing forum. Looks stock, but you have to remember you can not use a wiper with lexan and you will not have a defroster back there either.

Drill and rivet that bad boy and seal it good. The only bad parts beside the wiper no defroster is if it gets scratched lexan looks like crap when it gets scratches. The carbon hatch is tight though. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm I want one

The carbon hatch is nice, but I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out why they put a wiper hole in.

fal mkes lexan rear windows for the crx pre molded so they fit and install like regular glass the back two corners, and the big hatch you would still have to figure out something for the small hatch glass

im waiting right now i got to get all my suspension up to date and my intercooler for my car. Then i will invest in a carbon hatch i would just plug the hole for now. I am pretty sure any glass place can make you a sheet of plexe or lexan to go inn probably even make it black so it looks like tint. If i come upon one of these for a good price i will surely purchase it. I would think they would put the wiper hole in just to have a functioning wiper if you put an peice of glass in there i would think it would still have its oem functionality with glass in place of it so maybe you might be able to get defroster and a wiper. I myself would go with some lexan and plug the whole but thats IMO. So if you get one takes some pics and post that bad boy up i know these things are probably selling like hotcakes. Figuring what to do when you get it is the hard part lol. Surely a nice peice for any Crx

Maybe you could run the stock glass in the lower rear glass. Cuz its never as heavy as the big window.
