Anyone have problems removing an axle?
Swapping out both sides, passenger went well. Drivers side has been a nightmare, though. The axle is stuck in the hub/rotor/knuckle thing-a-majig....and won't budge. Even taken the whole knuckle off and set it up on the press with no luck. From what I've read...driver + passenger are the same with the outer joints...am I wron?
Any thoughts?
Also, I was considering just replacing the knuckle setup...but as a trial user I believe I can't post in most of these forums? I believe the user 'tdo' may have what I need...is there any other way of contacting him since all my options are not allowed?
Thanks for any help.

Take a picture of the outboard joint and its attachment to the hub. Did you remove the axle nut? Just beat it with a mallet and it'll come out.
Hammering, pulling, used a pneumatic hammer..and now it's on a press. This biatch won't move at all. If someone could PM 'tdo' for me and point him to this thread it'd be much appreciated. I believe he has a knuckle..and lives fairly close. Thanks.
