i just got a itr cluster i don't knoe what year it is .. I want to put it on my 95 ls, but the guy i got it off said i have to swap the green screen on the back with my ls one.. so do i have to swap it or can i just take my ls one out and just put itr one on

 

do clusters make you feel faste becuase the redline is more then ur stock but you cant reach it?

 

i asked for advice not smart mouths

 

Maybe hes got a built LS/Vtec
It should fit go try it out its not very hard like a couple screws and pull it out see if the harness plugs in

dont worry about the smartass.. as far as your cluster.. should just bolt right in.. there are three harnesses that need to plug in and they should all be the same.. if not then just try swapping the pieces from one cluster to another..

I wound up using the ITR cluster exactly as is. Everything works properly except for one thing. You lose your door ajar warning because it lights up as the seatbelt warning. Everything else works the same way.

btw the cluster should be plug and play, no need to modify it

you can fix it by swapping those little plastic filmy black things... or if that doesn't work, swap the green film at the back and use your original..

 

I need something ITR cause its ITR. lol. It's hella JDM yo.

 

first try to see if it works, its pretty easy switching the clusters. If it doesnt work, dont worry, all you have to do is switch the green film. Its not that hard, you just have to take your time and be careful. The only thing about switching the film is sometimes some of the lights dont work right (like abs & seatbelt) but the gas, mph, rpm and temperature work.
