Default High RPM Hesitation in my 93 Civic EX..

The car is bone stock, no CEL's, no erratic idle. Changed plugs, oil, and ran seafoam. Dist/Cap Look fine.

The car pulls normally up until about 5500 rpms than it just kind of flat lines. It still pulls without any bucking or anything until redline, but no more power is created.
Is this normal? or is somthing actually wrong..?

I'm assuming you have the Stock D16, around 5200 rpms Vtec activates, is yours? They pretty much designed vtec to help with upper RPM power, maybe yours isn't working and making it feel like its dropping off?

hook an LED up to the vtec signal wire on the ecu and at around 4800-5200 rpm the led should light up if not then no vtec
