Like the topic says. What do you guys think of an H22a or B18c in my Ek?
I want your guy’s honest oppinos.

type in h22

select archived

select 92-00 civic forum search

i just did it and got 91 threads about this question thats been asked a billion times

Wow, you registered this morning, lol.

Anyways, personally, i would prefer the B series, granted dollar for dollar right off the that bat, H22 is going to give you more, but there are such a huge variety of parts to the B series.

I would go for the B series.

once u go H...you can't go back to B/D but you can still go K. If your a cheap *** and want alot of power...look into the H. Theres alot of variables that would determine the best motor for wat you want. Depends on how far your taking this car.

if i had the money to do it, i'd get the h22 just because as of right now i'm more straight line.

by the time your done spending money on mounts, shift cables, shifter box, and other misc. parts, it equals the price of a b18c.

So personally, I'd stick with B-Series.
