Hitting alot harder now with GC tophats installed ::help::
Well, I installed my GC tophats in about a week ago, and ever since then, my car has been riding like ****. After installing the tophats, I set my ride height to the same exact height (no fender gap). It seems like the tophats have lessened my shock travel because going over bumps that I didnt usually hit hard... it's now hitting 2 times harder. What can be the cause of this? Bumpstops are in place. Anybody experienced this before?
If it matters, I'm running GC coils with Illuminas.

Upper control arm is hitting the chassis at the top. Need stiffer springs, or raise the car. You used to hit the bumpstops before the control arm came in contact with the chassis. Now that you have the extended top hats, the control arm hits the chassis before the bumpstop hits the new higher top hat.
If I already adjusted the ride height to be the same as before the install, shouldnt the controll arm have a bit more travel before it actually hits the wheel well?
Bump stops are shaved.
