what kind of fog lights/grill are these for a 96-98 civic??
who makes these kind of foglights?? or what brand/name are they called??

The fog lights look like some cheapo-depot setup and the grille looks like a min-truck style billet grille insert. I know "TRENZ" was one of those companies that used to or still does make billet grille inserts. Regardless that looks awful.

Those fog light are horrible ... but it's your car right ? atleast i know i wouldn't wanna look @ those everyday when i'd go to drive my car
Go on Ebay and search for "96 Civic Fog" and you'll get a bunch of factory replica fog kits which are similar, but they'll bolt right in because the car is setup for them. Lights like those will look ghetto and have rigged installation most likely.
