Default 1st Annual Pacific North West Type-R's and Tight Cars BBQ

Clayton Bigsby and I have been talking with one another on planning a local meet for the past couple weeks and have finally come up with tentative plans.

The 1st Annual NW Type-R's and Tight Cars BBQ will thus commense next weekend. Here are the tentative plans:
Where: Marrymore Park in Redmond (google/mapquest it if you need to)
http://www.metrokc.gov/parks/pdf/marymoormap.pdf
http://www.metrokc.gov/parks/rentals/pomjun99.htm
When: September 18th (Sunday)
Time: 1:00 pm

This is a BYOB/BYOM gathering. Clayton and I are not supplying food or beverages for anyone so please do not missunderstand. This is just a big cook out. There are BBQ's on site, but I feel this will not be sufficient enough for the amount of people coming. If you feel like bringing a BBQ for people to use that would be super awesome! Even if it's one of those little tiny '2-steak' BBQ's. Be the bigger man...or woman You can volunteer on this thread.

If you have a soccer ball, volley ball, foot ball, basket ball, frisbies...etc. etc. please feel free to bring them.

Bring your cameras and video cameras along if you like. When you go to post pictures anywhere on the internet, please be courteous and blur license plates.

WHAT WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED: Anything that would involve negative attention from any police authority. No fights, drugs, burn outs, drunken stupidity, sore ego's, thugs etc. etc. What you do before you get there and after you leave, I don't care about. If you do something that myself, Clayton or anyone else finds offensive you will be asked to leave . This is meant to be relaxing and casual and a good opportunity to put faces to the names and to make new friends.

One last thing, a couple of my personal friends will be attending whom are currently active Washington State Patrolman. They will be bringing out their own personal vehicles and dressed in civies. For your sake, please be on your best behavior and enjoy yourselves.

will the state patrol officers be able to ticket anyone doing a burnout, because that would actually be an awesome deterent to keep people from acting dumb.

I might actually try and make it down there
