Default Newb needing help raising car

hey well i recieved the car and it had these coilovers on. i like the lowered look but my area has way to many low places, bumps n train tracks.

Well i want to raise the car and i got the two hook tools. it looks like this

so how would i do this or should i just take it to a shop also if i raised it how would the ride be bumpy still?? thanks

adjust the perches(the rings at the bottom of the pic)... fromt he looks of the pics, it seems as if the coilovers just have different spring rates.

**just adjust it to go up.
