I got a 97 civic hatch dx with GSR head and Type R block with no power steering. I want to add power steering, I was wondering if this is correct...Do you need brackets and pinions from a CIVIC, a GSR power steering pump, GSR resevoir, GSR hose, and GSR belt? I also heard that I need to upgrade to an EX CIVIC bracket...is that true? I basically just want to convert from non to PS. If i'm totally off then please help...thanks in advance!!! I'm not sure what parts I need from a GSR and what parts I need from a civic. Thanks.

 

A good rack that will pay it self off in the **** world has to be at least a full C-cup.

I have a B16A in a 96 LX.. The stock LX PS rack was used, and I think a GSR PS pump bracket. The LX PS pump bracket didn't work. Sorry I can't remember more.
