Model V420. It's 20 watts per channel, I know, nothing powerful; but I might pick a barely used one up for real cheap. I'm using it with a Sony U8000 headunit which doesn't have a built in amp. Do you think this would make good increase in sound quality over the stock radio? Or should I look for a 4-channel amp that's rated higher?

Right now I've got the stock radio, upgraded front speakers (forgotten what brand but they're decent), and OEM changer. I'll lose the changer because of the Sony, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make for better sound.
