Default starting problem

ok first my setup
i have a 92 civic with a d16z6 engine, td04h15g turbo, 450cc injectors,jrc intercooler, all tuned with uberdata
i went to my car a couple of days ago tryed to start it and just heard a clunk, automatically i thought to myself it was the start motor, so i replaced that tried again with exactly the same result, i checked the battery that is fine, then i tryed turbing the engine by hand and that was fine so not a seized engine.
can anyone think of anything that may be causing this ? im a bit lost
also if i turn the engine by hand then try and start it it will turn a couple fo times then make the same clunk noise

Stock motor? Possible internal engine damage. Or possible clutch failure?

clutch fingers might be broken, sounds like a possible bent rod. check your timing belt as well

yeh stock internals running at 9psi on a slightly dubious tune done by myself (it was running quite on the rich side, i think its time to rip the motor out and to forged internals !
