Default problem with buddy club cams????

has anyone had any problems with buddy club cams breaking? so far out of 9-10 sets i have sold 5 have come back snapped(all where either professionally installed by us or other retuable shops). 2 have broken upon installation and a couple more have broken while driving and nearly destroying the motors(1 of these motors are actually a good freind of mines also). i kno there will always be complaints with each company and their cams but has anyone that sells these cams or have installed more than 1 or 2 have ever had these problems occur???? the cams are great when making power but its not worth to sell if this **** keeps happening. so any all motor engine builders or venders have any experience u can PM me if u dont want to reply to this thread

thanks
cliff

when you install these cams, do you loosen the lash adjusters all the way? and are you using an upgraded valvetrain? what are the seat pressures of the springs you are using?

This is the first I've heard of this. I really hope this isn't a trend with all their cams...

all the motors but 1 were running upgraded valvetrain....as for loosening the last adjusters i would have to ask the tech's methods at the shop(i run the sales section).

i hope it isnt a trend either i love dealing with buddy club their service is terrific and aside from these cams i have had break the ones that didnt make shitloads of power (ie- stock b20vtec w/b16 head and bc 3+s made 193 on the dyno and went 12.8 in a 4dr eg).

Yea, I hope that this isn't a trend, I thought that these companies had got this problem solved by now, remember when this was happening to skunk cams......
